Agreement

By using Heist ("the Service"), operated by HeistBrain ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

Heist is an AI-powered content generation and scheduling platform. We provide tools to generate, preview, organize, and schedule social media content. The Service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve it.

Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Heist. One person per account — don't share login credentials.

Your content

You own the content you create with Heist. We don't claim ownership of your generated posts, Brand Brain data, or any content you produce. We use your Brand Brain data solely to provide the Service to you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Heist to generate content that's illegal, harassing, misleading, or that violates others' intellectual property rights. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with Pro features. No credit card is required to start. If you don't subscribe after the trial, your account reverts to limited access.

Limitation of liability

Heist is a content generation tool, not a guarantee of business results. We're not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, data loss, or content performance. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
